Three Police Officers Brutally Arrest And Taser Black High School Student

Three police officers have been accused of over-stepping their authority after an incident caught on video shows a high school student being tasered and brutally arrested.

On November 1, two students were engaged in a minor scuffle at Jeffersontown High School in Jeffersontown, Kentucky.

One of those students was Rajae Tinker. The argument was apparently over a pair of headphones. Eventually, a school resource officer tried to calm down the participants. At some point, Roghae Tinker, Rajae’s brother, intervened.

That’s apparently when things got hectic.

Jefferson County Public Schools spokesman Daniel Kemp said the second Tinker brother’s intervention prompted the student resource officer to request back-up from Jeffersontown Police.

And then, according to Jeffersontown Police Chief Ken Hatmaker, one of his men was “sucker-punched.” He said, “I saw my officer attacked, hit in the head.”

The video cuts in on three officers attempting to forcibly subdue Roghae. He is on his stomach with the knees of two officers pressed into his back. A third officer repeatedly kicks the young man. Onlookers scream at the police to stop. The cops do not oblige the crowd.

Soon, the scene gets ever more chaotic as bodies fly and lunge across the eye of the camera lens. The onlooking students continue to scream as the police wrest the Tinker brother to the ground, finally, tasering him in the process. The video ends with his body twitching on the white-tiled ground.

The boys’ mother, Quinnita Dobson, found the police’s actions that day wholly unnecessary. In an interview with local media outlet WDRB, she said:

There’s no reason why they should be kicking him and kneeing him and tase him while he is already on the ground. It’s three big police officers.

Roghae Tinker, for his part, agrees and disagrees with the actions taken by police that day. He said:

He had the right to put me down but not to tase me. I was already down. There were three officers on me, and I couldn’t do nothing, and he just came in and tased me.

A statement released by Jeffersontown High School Principal Matt Kingsley reads, in part:

Around 1 p.m., our school resource officer (SRO) intervened in a fight between two students in the cafeteria. One of those students attempted to fight the SRO, which prompted him to request assistance from Jeffersontown Police. As the SRO led the student out of school, the students’ brother, accompanied by several other students, then escalated a fight with another police officer—resulting in the officer deploying a Taser on the student. I want you to know that these kinds of incidents will not be tolerated at Jeffersontown High School. I am in the process of reviewing school security footage to determine every student involved in this afternoon’s incident, and those students will be disciplined to the fullest extent our policies will allow.

We all have that friend, you know, the one who spends entirely too much time on Youtube solving the JFK assassination, telling us what really happened on 9/11 and what really goes on at Area 51. Well, B.O.B. is that friend, times like 10 because it seems like he rolls out a new conspiracy theory every other week. He is, of course, a flat earth believer — much to the chagrin of Neil Degrasse Tyson — and recently said he believes the moon creates its own light.

And today B.O.B. is back with a new theory about slavery in America and it’s a doozy. “They say slavery lasted 400 yrs,” he begins with his Instagram caption. “America is only 250 yrs old. You ever seen a slave ship?” The post is of a video that seems to be questioning the mapping of the world, implying that famous locations like St. Louis, Japan and Jerusalem are a lot closer to each other than we’ve been taught.

“They can find a billion year old dinosaur bone but can’t find any slave ships,” he says before adding the hashtags “#SlaveryIsNotInMyDNA #WeBeenHere.” It’s probably worth mentioning that wood rots, and that most fossils aren’t actual preserved bones from ancient dinosaurs but recreations by various processes including casting or molding or recrystallization, but it’s doubtful that any of that would change B.O.B.’s mind anyway.

Prom is one of the most important life events there is for a teenager. It's supposed to be a night of warm memories and fun with friends. And if you’ve been homeschooled, then the night would naturally be a pivotal moment for celebration and camaraderie. Clare Ettinger of Richmond, VA, however, had that moment ripped away from her when she was booted out of her own prom.
    lifebuzz-6caedae8c552e6c30e06492edf206b0f-limit_2000.jpg
As 17-year-old Clare and her boyfriend James Thompson made their way to a home school prom, themed "Twilight in Paris," they were thrilled for the night ahead of them. They felt good, they looked great, and they were ecstatic to finally unwind with friends. Her boyfriend had even purchased them tickets to the prom way in advance. Nothing, they thought, could take this night away from them
    lifebuzz-5e79ac5024fdedb287d0ba2035defe26-limit_2000.jpg
Indeed, she had worked hard to pick out the perfect dress: a glittery silver number that she had found after searching in six different stores, eventually finding it at Macy’s. She couldn't wait to show off her “gorgeous, silver, and sparkly” cocktail dress to all her friends. Little did she realize, it was this dress that, for some, would push things way too far.
    lifebuzz-f244059cefdce5cf638f0758d207a922-limit_2000.jpg
But for Clare, this was the perfect dress. After months of saving up her tip money from work, she had finally found something that she loved and could actually afford. But it wouldn't be so easy: her new dress would need to pass the notorious fingertip length test. So she relaxed her arms at her sides, praying that her dress hem falls below her fingertips.

    lifebuzz-801892b9f02100d372b49e36c3622d5a-limit_2000.jpg
Clare carefully noted that the prom dress code listed on the registration form was simple, which asked girls to keep their dresses semi-formal at a fingertip length. And although it was a close call, the dress made the cut. She was confident that this was the perfect dress. Even so, there was just something about this dress that would make everyone lose their minds.
    lifebuzz-767915c8f236c97f94e5e003c8bbca07-limit_2000.jpg
To ensure that she would be complying with the event's rules, she had test the outfit with heels before going out. But this time the hem of her dress dangled dangerously close to her fingertips. Any exaggerated moves, like dancing for example, would cause it to hike up her thighs. But as long as she moved gracefully, all would be well. And yet as soon as she showed up to the dance, hosted at a local Methodist church, she was confronted.Upon arrival, she was immediately approached by administration. Despite her meticulous preparation, one of the organizers, Ann Duncan, stopped her at the door and said, "Honey, that dress is too short." Unafraid and confident in her elegant outfit, Clare boldly shot back at Mrs. Duncan “What is the rule?”
    lifebuzz-c206deab6b497e0589e95de8ec3e1dd2-limit_2000.jpg
    lifebuzz-75a5f72df5317211002de07a5f9c1067-limit_2000.jpg
As Clare expected, she responded, “Fingertip length.” Clare went on to explain that the dress simply appeared short on her because she's a tall, curvy girl with long legs. However, Mrs. Duncan informed that her dress was just inappropriately short, and that it failed to comply with the dress code. It would seem Clare would have to fight her way in. But Clare wouldn't budge. After quickly demonstrating that her outfit did indeed pass the fingertip test, the pretty partygoer was begrudgingly(THE FUCK DOES THIS EVEN MEAN?) allowed access to the ballroom, albeit with a threat: “Well, make sure it stays pulled down. It’s too short.” Unfortunately for Clare, that was only a warning shot. The real battle had yet to begin. Indeed, Clair later wrote, "When I got into the ballroom I laughed, because I was surrounded by girls in much shorter dresses then me, albeit they were shorter, and therefore stood out less in the crowd, but it was still frustrating." Even so, Clare had finally made it inside and was ready to celebrate the special night. A few minutes later though, Clare and her friends spotted something sinister looming just above their heads.

A lot of people were standing around talking in the center of the dance floor. But the thing that really made things awkward was the line of chaperones and dads looking down on them gawking from the balcony above.Understandably, Clare and her friends felt deeply uncomfortable. "I felt violated by the sheer number of male parents that were assigned to do nothing for five hours other then watch girls in short dresses and heels dance to upbeat music," Clare wrote on her blog post. "I think that it is sick and wrong that they assigned them to sit on a balcony above us and look down on us and single us out for our clothes or dancing." Nevertheless, they paid them no attention. They couldn't let that ruin their night, could they? Sadly though, their prom was doomed from the very beginning. Shortly afterwards, Mrs. Duncan stormed over to her again. This time, she was clearly on the warpath.

    https://www.salon.com/2017/10/31/how-millions-of-white-americans-bought-into-a-racist-myth/

This article is a comprehensive run down on the creation and dissemination of the oft used phrase BLACK ON BLACK CRIME. Its a pretty long read, that draws everything together and puts it int historical/political/social context. i copy and pasted a few paragraphs so you can get the gist

This argument is a lie decades in the making.

Statistical data collected by the FBI in 2016 reported that 90.1 percent of black homicide victims were killed by black perpetrators. Similarly, 83.5 percent of white homicide victims were killed by other whites, a figure comparable to that for black victims. And yet the term “white-on-white crime” does not exist in American lexicon. According to Columbia University professor Carla Shedd, “All violence and crime is about proximity” to the point that the label “‘black-on-black crime’ is an unnecessary specification.” Furthermore, the extent to which black individuals are committing crime has been vastly exaggerated in the public imagination. Data from the Bureau of Justice Statistics maintains that less than one percent of all black Americans commit a violent crime in any given year, which, stated differently, means that 99 percent of black Americans do not commit crimes to contribute to the black-on-black crime categorization.

Crime was on the upswing in the 1980s. Mainstream news sources like the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, and the Washington Post treated violent crimes in the city like spectacles, covering the goriest details with specificity and frequency that created a national panic over crime and the black Americans that seemed to be at the center of it. Thus, black-on-black crime emerged as a racialized means of understanding this wave of violence and its confluence with continued urban decline. Not only had they placed a major burden on the resources of struggling cities with their dependency, they were making those same cities hotbeds of violent crime. Both lent further credence to the idea that there was something wrong with black communities. According to conservative St. Louis planner Joe Plann, the city’s deterioration in the 1980s, not unlike that of many others, was due to the fact that “kids became more unstable and started this ‘black-on-black violence’ stuff”.

Construction of the black-on-black crime myth began as federal housing programs stimulated homeownership for whites in suburbia and conspired with real estate developers to discourage such ownership for blacks. In 1950, the National Association of Real Estate Boards maintained that “a Realtor should never be instrumental in introducing into a neighborhood… any race, or nationality, or individuals whose presence will clearly be detrimental to property values.” Inspired by the efforts begun by the Federal Housing Administration, which created maps to indicate which areas were right (read: white) for investment for use by banks and private lenders, the Home Owners’ Loan Corporation further entrenched discriminatory redlining as public policy, offering loans on a selective basis and insuring only those properties that agreed to restrictive covenants.

Chicago provides a particularly insightful case study into the depths to which state-sanctioned discrimination confined black Americans to concentrated poverty. Thanks to the city’s enthusiasm for restrictive covenants, nearly half of all residential neighborhoods in Chicago were inaccessible to black families by the 1940s. After the power to enforce restrictive covenants was compromised, Chicago relied on public housing to keep black communities in check. Between 1950 and the mid-1960s almost all (98 percent) of the public housing complexes built in Chicago were constructed in black neighborhoods.

A white student who bragged about harassing her black roommate by rubbing used tampons on her bag, pouring moldy clam dip in her lotion and putting her toothbrush inside her rectum has been arrested.

Brianna Brochu, a freshman at the University of Hartford, posted on Instagram about how she "finally got rid of her roommate," who she referred to as "Jamaican Barbie."

Tonight, the university confirmed they have arrested Brochu, calling the reports "disturbing."

Chennel "Jazzy" Rowe, the freshman roommate of Brochu, revealed the shocking allegations in a Facebook video.

In it, she describes "getting sick" while being given the cold shoulder by the roommate.

"It started with throat pain," she explained. "I thought maybe because it’s colder up here, I’m just catching a cold. After a month it got to the point where I had extreme throat pain that I couldn’t sleep, to the point where I couldn’t speak."

"I'm spending my own money that my parents give me for food and groceries, the health centre on campus is not free – in fact they're expensive." In the post, Jazzy explained that her tests would come back negative. She was prescribed antibiotics by the campus doctor for the bacteria in her throat.

Then, after a rocky relationship between the two persisted (Rowe says in her video how Brochu would come into their room and turn off the lights if Rowe was working there), she decided to move out.

As she was leaving, Rowe discovered Instagram posts by her roommate, who boasted about messing with her to make her ill.

Details Of Nicki Minaj’s Brother’s Child Rape Case Emerge

Nicki Minaj’s brother Jelani Maraj is currently on trial for predatory sex assault against a child and acting in a manner likely to injure a child under 13 years old.

Word is Nicki may testify on his behalf.

If she does, she should be prepared for a backlash, because the details of the case are as ugly as you can imagine.

Prosecutors have argued that Maraj treated his 11-year old stepdaughter as an “indentured sex object,” attacking her orally and vaginally up to four times a week.

I can say with a reasonable degree of certainty that the girl’s medical exam can prove penetration”, prosecution witness Dr. Aaron Miller told the court yesterday.

Prosecutors also told the jury that the girl’s eight-year-old brother witnessed some of the abuse and Maraj beat him so he would keep quiet.

Police have said that they found Maraj’s semen on the groin area of the girl’s pajama pants.

Maraj’s lawyer David Schwartz is arguing that the girl’s mother Jacqueline Robinson married Maraj in 2015 for the purpose of getting money from his famous sister Nicki by having her daughter lie to police about a sexual assault.

Schwartz claims that Robinson planted Maraj’s semen on her daughter’s pajamas. He also told the court that Robinson told Minaj ‘I can make the charges go away for $25 million.’

The trial continues next week. Maraj faces 25 to life if convicted.

    My Everclear Extraction Hash Recipe

    Everclear2MasonJarsMetalMeshCoffeeF.jpg

    You'll Need:

Everclear [a good substitute for this is 99% isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol.. but it won't taste as good for reasons i'm still unclear on..]
    2 Mason Jars w/ Lids
1 Metal Mesh Coffee Filter [Cone Shaped]
    1 Spoon
    1 Pyrex Dish/Plate
3 Or More Grams Of Stem/Seed Free Shake

The THC molecule consists of over 300 smaller building blocks that fall into a number of groups.. The most interesting of these are cannabinoids & what are known as CBD's. The cannabinoids possess psychoactive properties while the CBD's possess the therapeutically beneficial aspects. & Somewhere in the mists of these divine gifts lurk shadowy agents that act as inhibitors to keep you from experiencing the total effects of that particular strain. The following process is one of a handful of ways to extract & isolate the psychoactive effects from the restraints of inhibition.. In layman's terms, if you take your time & do this right, it's gonna fuck your silly ass up..

Step 1: 1st, clean every stem, seed & superfluous particle of debris from the shake you plan on using.. Remember that [much like life] you get out of it what you put in.. Next... Freeze your everclear, weed shake & mason jars for 4 hours before you begin because cold is the key to separating the tricombs [thc resin glands] from the plant matter. When you're ready to begin, take your everclear, weed shake, & 1 mason jar out of the freezer & set a timer for 4 minutes & 45 seconds.. Pour the shake into your mason jar, add just enough everclear to cover top of the shake, & then screw the lid back on tightly. Press start on your count down timer & begin to swirl the mixture in a washing machine style, as opposed to shaking the jar randomly, until the time is up.

Step 2: Grab the 2nd mason jar from the freezer, open it, & set the coffee filter within the mouth of the jar. Then, with one hand holding the filter in place & the other gripping the jar containing the weed/everclear mixture, carefully pour the contents slowly so that all land within the mesh filter. Sitting the 1st jar to the side & grabbing your spoon, you want to quickly strain the excess liquid from the soggy shake. If you watch closely, you'll notice a greenish color in the last of the liquid that you've strained. That is gonna be the chlorophyll which has been dissolved by the water in the alcohol.. This reaction takes place after 5 minutes of plant matter/alcohol contact. We want as little chlorophyll in our hash as possible so stop straining immediately when you detect it. Close your 2nd mason jar's lid tightly & place it back into the freezer for 20 minutes.

    Phase1.jpg

Step 3: Take the 2nd jar from the freezer & swirl it's contents around to loosen the tricomb mud from the bottom of the jar & pour it into the pyrex dish. Let it dry in a lint/dust free area until all liquid is gone & the dish's remaining contents have air dried for 2 hours.. When this method has been mastered, your hash should come out perfectly golden.

    Picture065.jpg

Step 4: Heat enough water to fill the bottom of a shallow pan a few centimeters & then sit the dish containing the hash in the water. After about 30 seconds, the hash should easily scrape up with a razor blade & can be smoked in a joint or pressed into a solid piece to be later sliced off in chunks for smoking through bongs or pipes..

    https://www.nbcnews.com/feature/nbc-out/nevada-father-murdered-son-being-gay-former-foster-mom-claims-n817906

Nevada man murdered his 14-year-old son because he could not accept the teen's sexuality, the boy's former foster mother told local NBC affiliate KSNV in Las Vegas.

Police in Henderson, Nevada, where the murder took place last Thursday, said 53-year-old Wendell Melton shot his son, Giovanni Melton, in the apartment where the teenager lived alone.....

Sonja Jones, the teen's former foster mother, told KSNV the boy was "abused physically and mentally and spiritually for many, many years" and said she believes he was killed because of his sexual orientation.

"He hated the fact that his son was gay," Jones said of Melton. "I'm sure that inside of his mind, he would rather have a dead son than a gay son."

Jones added that it was her understanding that Melton had caught Giovanni "with his boyfriend before and pulled out a gun on him."

The Henderson Police Department declined to provide additional information regarding the circumstances surrounding the shooting due to it being "an active investigation." It was not clear whether Wendell Melton had obtained a defense lawyer, The Associated Press said.

Jaime Grant, executive director of PFLAG National, an LGBTQ family and ally organization, said Giovanni's death is part of broader societal issue.

"We have a crisis of masculinity in this country — it's obvious across the board in this report and in the unrelenting reports on sexual assault and also gun violence," Grant said in a statement provided to NBC News. "Many 'normative' messages men learn as they are growing up about stuffing their feelings, policing other men's gender and sexuality, asserting 'dominance' from the board room to the bedroom, also show up in their lives as fathers."
