Lawrence Taylor Jr. did not inherit his father’s football talent, but did not avoid his father’s ability to find trouble.
According to the New York Daily News, the 32-year-old son of the former Giants linebacker was arrested Sunday on felony charges of statutory rape, sodomy and child molestation.
According to the report, the arrests stem from two incidents in Georgia with underage girls.
The elder Taylor’s still on probation after his 2010 arrest involving an underage prostitute, and had to register as a sex offender as part of his plea deal.
The younger Taylor presented his father at his Hall of Fame enshrinement, saying that day: “If I could pick anyone to be my father, I’d pick Lawrence Taylor.”
