Do you agree with schools teaching your child to snitch on you?

My nephew's teacher was encouraging the class to tell on their parents by asking them "What does your mommy and dady do in their spare time?" WTF?? Well, My brother is very pissed because he smokes cigarettes and weed(not around the kids), drinks socially not over do it, and is very strict on his kids aka pulls out the belt when they fuck up...and my nephew hauled off and told all this to the teacher...and now the teacher is trying to put CPS(Child Protective Services) in his life and it's causing a fucking problem because he called me and broke it down, how CPS is now trying to take his son from him claiming that he is endagering the child. which is very fucked up IMO. the kid lives like a young prince, never had a need and almost too spoiled.

So bascially, the question is..Do you feel like teachers have the right to quiz your kids about your personal life at home? and then turn around and put them Laws in your life? ...

I mean seriously? What about HER personal life, are they putting their personal lives out there like that? Why are Teachers using the children to fuck over the Parents like this?
