The Postal Service is considering a plan to start delivering beer and wine. Postmaster General Patrick Donahoe says the idea would provide much-needed revenue for the agency that lost 16-billion dollars in 2012. Donahoe believes delivering alcoholic beverages could provide some 50-million dollars annually to the financially struggling agency.
