To whoop azz or not to whoop azz....

So, my son is going on 5. Generally he is a good kid, but he's 5. Sometimes he does things I dont understand. I try to think back to when I was that age and just cant imagine doing some of the things he does (probably did). But naturally when he gets out of line I whoop him from time to time.

Now I dont have to much, because When he with me, he be on point. He be trying to get over on his mom tho at times and I have to check him.

What are your thoughts on using the rod of correction IC? NH
