Where were you on 9/11?

I was in 6th grade, Art class.. my second class of the day. Coloring and cracking jokes with the people around my table as usual then I think someone ran in and informed the teacher so she came back inside and told us what had happened then turned the TV on. It was all over the news and I remember going into every other class having to watch the replays and updates on what was going on.

I immediately started thinking that school was gonna be cancelled for a long ass time and that all the men old enough in my family were about be sent off to war, shit was crazy.
