How To Deal With Emotional Women?

I mean with women who always put their feelings into everything they do, i mean making illogical decisions and possibly regretting it later but putting their feels all in the way?
Long story short i have an important business process taking two days....ovaries(woman) is upset its taking long feelings everywhere looking to sabotage a huge deal by doing the one day option which is going to affect everything in 4 years, but doesn't mind because of "feelings".
This isn't the first time this has happened i'm just tired of it right now.
