There are many but a personal favorite of mine is St. Crispen's Day Speech from Henry Vth. Written in approximately 1599 by William Shakespeare, the speech below is Henry Vth addressing his army on the eve of the Battle of Agincourt.
A short snyopisis of this battle would be:
The Battle of Agincourt was a major English victory in the Hundred Years' War.The battle occurred on Friday, 25 October 1415 (Saint Crispin's Day), near modern-day Agincourt, in northern France.Henry V's victory at Agincourt, against a numerically superior French army, crippled France and started a new period in the war during which Henry married the French king's daughter and then Henry's son, Henry VI, was made heir to the throne of France.
Why do I like this? because it is the epitome of the 'underdog' overcoming all odds and winning. No matter how tired, battered or afraid you might be, never give up.

If you look closely, you can see a young 'Batman' in the Army (Christian Bale).
