White compassion?
For the most part sadly without white compassion the American slave would have not been freed or at least have the resources to set in place freedom. With that being known is white compassion a double edged sword? Meaning on one side I appreciate what they did but on the other side it's a smack in the face to me knowing it took a handout to get the American slave in a position for freedom. Some may think it's more so white guilt than compassion but let's talk about it.
I ask because a co-worker who is from Cameroon had a discussion on this last week and it spark a good debate.
