This Shocking Video Appears To Show Baltimore Police Planting Drugs At A Crime Scene

The defendant charged in the case involving the drugs shown in the video was scheduled to go to trial this week. The case has been dropped.

Shocking footage from a Baltimore police officer’s body-worn camera appears to show the cop planting drugs at the scene of a crime that officials have confirmed was used to implicate a defendant scheduled to face trial on the charges this week.

In the video, the police officer appears to place a bag of pills under some garbage in an alley. He then walks back out to the street, at which point he activates the body camera. But because the cameras are programmed to capture the 30 seconds prior to activation, the officer’s actions before returning from the alley were recorded.

“I’m going to check here,” he can be heard saying, before he walks back down the alley. After furrowing around in the trash for a couple seconds, the officer locates the bag inside a soup can and exclaims “yo!” as he holds it up to his two fellow officers.

Fox Baltimore reports that the defendant who was arrested in connection with the false drug bust was scheduled to face trial this week, but the charges were dropped after the man’s public defender reviewed the video and alerted the prosecutor.

According to Fox Baltimore, the prosecutor told the defendant’s lawyer that they were “appalled” by the footage and dropped the case the next day.

But the Baltimore Sun is also reporting that the Baltimore State’s Attorney’s Office that was prosecuting the case offered the defendant a plea deal after reviewing the footage.

“We take allegations like this very seriously and that’s why we launched an internal investigation into the accusations," a spokesperson for the Baltimore Police said in a statement to BuzzFeed News. "We are fortunate to have body-worn cameras which provide a perspective of the events as reported.”

BuzzFeed News has also reached out to the Baltimore State’s Attorney’s office and the Baltimore public defender.

http://foxbaltimore.com/news/local/exclusive-baltimore-police-camera-shows-officer-may-have-manipulated-evidence
Baltimore police also issued a statement:

“We take allegations like this very seriously and that’s why we launched an internal investigation into the accusations. We are fortunate to have Body Worn Cameras which provide a perspective of the events as reported.”

Police would not say if the officer in question is on active duty while the internal investigation is underway.

RIP Dick Gregory

Dick Gregory, the pioneering black satirist who transformed cool humor into a barbed force for civil rights in the 1960s, then veered from his craft for a life devoted to protest and fasting in the name of assorted social causes, health regimens and conspiracy theories, died Saturday in Washington. He was 84.
Mr. Gregory’s son, Christian Gregory, who announced his death on social media, said more details would be released in the coming days. Mr. Gregory had been admitted to a hospital on Aug. 12, his son said in an earlier Facebook post.

Early in his career Mr. Gregory insisted in interviews that his first order of business onstage was to get laughs, not to change how white America treated Negroes (the accepted word for African-Americans at the time). “Humor can no more find the solution to race problems than it can cure cancer,” he said. Nonetheless, as the civil rights movement was kicking into high gear, whites who caught his club act or listened to his routines on records came away with a deeper feel for the nation’s shameful racial history.

UPDATE: Man identified who dieD after police use neck restraint technique

LAS VEGAS, NV - A man who died after a police officer used a tactical neck hold to try to gain control of him has been identified as 40-year-old Tashii Brown of Las Vegas by the Clark County Coroner.

The incident began around 12:54 a.m. inside the Venetian Hotel when Tashii approached two Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department officers.

According to police, Tashii was acting erratic and said people were chasing him. When one of the officers attempted to talk with him, he took off running and the officers followed.

Once outside of the Venetian, the officers saw Tashii try to open up the tailgate of a pickup truck. When he was unsuccessful, he approached the driver side door, investigators said.

One officer then used a Taser on Tashii, which had an immediate effect on him, but he was able to overcome the shock and began fighting off the officers, investigators said.

During the struggle to take Tashii into custody, police say security guards with the Venetian jumped in to help the officers.

Investigators say the altercation escalated. One officer then punched Tashii multiple times and used a technique called the Lateral Vascular Neck Restraint.

The technique applies pressure to the side of a subject's neck to overcome resistance and allow safe control, according to LVMPD.

During the neck hold, the suspect lost consciousness and officers immediately started CPR, investigators said.

Medical responders rushed Tashii to Sunrise Trauma Center where he died at 1:39 a.m.

LVMPD's Force Investigation Section is looking into the incident.

Techniques like the lateral vascular neck restraint have come under intense criticism in recent years, particularly since the 2014 death of Eric Garner, an unarmed black man from Staten Island who died after a police officer put him in a chokehold. Captured on cellphone video, the 43-year-old father said “I can’t breathe” 11 times before he died of neck and chest compression, made worse by his underlying health problems. Activists around the country adopted the phrase as a rallying cry.

The lateral vascular neck restraint is not considered deadly force by the Las Vegas police. According to the department’s general orders, all commissioned officers at or below the rank of lieutenant are trained in the technique, which is described as a “defensive tactic to quickly and safely stop active/aggressive resistance.”

The restraint, used by police departments around the country, is designed to restrict blood flow to a person’s brain by compressing arteries in the neck, rather than by cutting off a person’s airway. Deployed properly, it’s supposed to help officers control suspects without killing or seriously injuring them, according to the National Law Enforcement Training Center.

The organization calls neck restraints “a safe, viable and effective option for police officers in arrest and control scenarios.” It also stresses that the lateral vascular neck restraint is different from a chokehold or bar-arm choke, which involve squeezing a person’s trachea.

Kid Rock: ‘You Know What? (Expletive) Colin Kaepernick’

I have a feeling after every single NFL game this season, there will be a story about the players who kneeled — or didn’t kneel — during the National Anthem.

Just Monday night, a group of Cleveland Browns players, including former Michigan Wolverine Jabrill Peppers, as Game of Thrones would say “bent the knee” during the anthem.

Over this weekend Detroit’s own Kid Rock performed at the Iowa State Fair and decided to talk about the player who started it all, Colin Kaepernick.

According to the desmoiesregister.com:

Aside from selling “Kid Rock for U.S. Senate” shirts at $25 apiece and running a brief photo of President Trump during an in-song photo collage, Rock kept politics out of his Iowa show. That was until the bridge of “Born Free,” when he decided to share his thoughts on the upcoming National Football League season.

At that moment, the singer delivered a short message for NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick. The former San Francisco 49er gained attention in 2016 for protesting the National Anthem prior to games.

“Football’s about ready to start,” he said. “You know what? (expletive) Colin Kaepernick.”

Rock is the highest paid act in Iowa State Fair history and reportedly netted $600,000 for the show. This is the second time he’s thrown out that same insult against Kaepernick. He did the same thing a year ago at another show. Audiences applauded both times.

Fellas and Women in a relationship, need some real help

So before I say what I'm about to say, I'm asking humbly to please keep all the Donkey/trolling comments out. This is my first relationship, and this situation is a a very humbling experience I'm learning about myself, and I believe the IC can provide some good advice if this subject matter is taking seriously, because honestly to me it is.

So basically it's been six months with my lady, we had our ups and downs, but things have definitely progressed well for us. I realised recently that we been less physical and my girl basically finally admitted that I'm a nympho and she feels like a sex object.

Being raised from NO, sex is something that is super open and casual, it's projected through our culture and our music like bounce music.

I honestly feel like shit, horrible and I wanna make things right and work on my sex drive and my lust for my girl since she is fine AF in my eyes. Before folks ask, yes I am respectful, romantic, mindful, caring, etc. But her issue with me is that I'm too sexual.

Is there any good way to calm down sex drives or to decrease lust for a partner? I feel like my sex drive and lust for my girl increases every time I see her. But honestly I don't wanna make her feel like shit, so I'm trying to mature and fix my ways since this my first real relationship.

B.o.B has shared his conspiracy theories about science and astronomy very frequently on Twitter. He infamously declared the earth was flat on Twitter and even threw shots at astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson when he proved the rapper wrong. The solar eclipse that happened on Monday (Aug. 21) allowed for Bobby Ray to share some more of his scientific theories. He claims that the moon generated its own light.

B.o.B told a fan that the moon naturally generated its own light after the fan tweeted that we are able to see the moon because the sun reflects light onto it. As per usual, many Twitter users came forward to tell the Atlanta rapper he was indeed wrong, providing him with scientific evidence. However, as with many times before B.o.B says that these people are receiving their information from textbooks which are notoriously created to spread false theories as a means of control.

speaking of hoes....are hoes appealing to you?..why?

if they are women who give themselves freely to any man, how is that attractive to you? regardless of how good she looks, do you think you deserve better? even if its just to get a nut, do you think you time is more valuable than to be laid up with a known cumrag.

Are you happy with your health?

are you happy with your body?

they say a man is only as good as his last challenge...what was your hardest challenge....when was the last real challenge. Are you ok with easy more than you are with hard?

Do you have a plan for your grandkids if your kids fukk up?

If you die tomorrow...will your family be able to move forward without struggles?

If someone asked a lil kid that knows you.....what do they see when they see you...what would they say?

Do you think your viewed as a person to be admired because you are not to be fukked with or a person to be admired because you have strong morals and ethics.

Trump Vowed to "Absolutely Prioritize" Black Colleges. Then Came His Budget.…

Is the White House betraying a promise to HBCUs?

On the morning of February 27, more than 70 presidents of historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) stood in a West Wing corridor, waiting to enter the Oval Office. The meeting with President Donald Trump would be historic—the first time the head of every HBCU in the country had been invited to meet with the president at the White House. Top aides Kellyanne Conway, Stephen Bannon, Stephen Miller, and Reince Preibus mixed and mingled with the group. According to Morgan State University President David Wilson, who was among those attending, Bannon voiced a promise: "If you give us a plan, we will execute it." The implication was clear, Wilson says: Tell us what resources HBCUs need and the administration will find a way to pay for them in Trump's budget.

The Oval Office meeting was one of many conversations and phone calls since Election Day between HBCU presidents, leaders of HBCU advocacy groups, and the Trump White House. Earlier that day, the White House had promoted a newspaper story headlined "President Trump Seeks to Outdo Obama in Backing Black Colleges," which alluded to a plan for "historic" support for the schools. The next day, Trump signed an executive order that relocated a federal office devoted to helping fund and support black colleges from the Department of Education into the White House.

"We will make HBCUs a priority in the White House," Trump said at the signing. "An absolute priority."

But for leaders and advocates of these institutions, the release of Trump's budget in late May did nothing of the sort. Trump not only proposed no new funding for HBCUs, but also called for slashing millions of dollars from federal programs that support degree programs at the schools. Trump's plan appeared to boost Pell Grants by extending their use to year-round—but meanwhile called for taking away $5 billion-plus in reserves from the Pell program and cutting at least $1.5 billion from other federal financial aid programs, including work study. Taken together, these cuts would disproportionately affect low-income students at black colleges and cost the schools millions in revenue.

"The perception that many HBCU presidents were operating under was that the administration was making a commitment to follow up with a substantial investment in the institutions," Wilson told me recently. "What we see now certainly does not meet my definition of substantial investment."

"The budget doesn't match" earlier messaging from the White House, said Walter Kimbrough, the president of Dillard University. "I'll be interested to see how members of his team will say this undergirds his recent support for HBCUs. At least for Dillard, I can say it's a loss."

Advocates were further perplexed by Trump and questioned his commitment when he suggested in a statement in early May that special funding for black colleges could be unconstitutional. (After his comments drew a backlash, Trump expressed his "unwavering support" for HBCUs again in another statement.)

According to HBCU advocates, the Trump administration's outreach has been spearheaded by senior communications aide Omarosa Manigault and Ja'Ron Smith, who leads urban renewal efforts on Trump's domestic policy team. Manigualt and Smith, who are Howard University graduates, did not respond to requests for comment.
(Disclosure: I am a Howard graduate.)

Early this year, HBCU advocacy groups jointly proposed a plan for federal funding to the Trump administration. They asked that two key Department of Education programs that support HBCUs be funded at $500 million, the maximum level permitted by Congress, and that the Trump administration commit to increasing for HBCUs the percentage of grants and contracts reserved for institutions of higher education in the federal budget. They argued passionately that HBCUs could play a key role in a Trump plan to create new opportunities for African Americans: The schools have an outsize impact, enrolling 8 percent of all black college students in America and producing approximately 15 percent of those who earn bachelor's degrees. (The nation's approximately 100 HBCUs constitute 3 percent of the nation's colleges and universities.) The schools also graduate large numbers of first-generation college students; roughly 70 percent of the more than 290,000 students enrolled at HBCUs are low-income—more than twice the rate for college students nationally. Howard University is especially known for its many graduates who become lawyers, dentists, doctors, and engineers.

Johnny Taylor, president of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, says the news about Trump's budget hasn't been all bad—HBCUs were mostly insulated from a proposed 13 percent across-the-board cut hitting the Department of Education, which supplies the majority of federal funding to HCBUs. Even being able to retain that core funding under Trump "is something that our community should celebrate," Taylor says.

But Kimbrough sees that as "moving the goal posts," especially after a promise was in the air from the White House. He and Wilson told Mother Jones that the other cuts, including those to financial aid programs, could cost their schools six- or possibly even seven-figure sums in revenue and would impact hundreds of their schools' students. "When you take away any money from any of the students that are on Pell Grants or coming from limited-resource families, you are putting them closer and closer to going back home," Wilson said. Even with as little as a few hundred dollars per semester—"those dollars actually mean the world for our students."

For many HBCU families, "it's a sacrifice to get students to go to school," Kimbrough said. So even relatively small cuts in federal aid can be devastating for them. Morgan State already spends around 15 percent of its budget on financial aid—a larger percentage than any other college in Maryland, according to Wilson; the school simply can't afford to subsidize cuts to government aid for more students.

Even after the first Trump budget proposal in March, skepticism was already stirring about the promises from the Trump White House. "This budget proposal is not a new deal for African Americans," Congressional Black Caucus chairman and Morehouse College alumnus Cedric Richmond said, speaking broadly of Trump's first budget proposal, which proposed lesser cuts to HBCU funding than the May version. "It's a raw deal that robs the poor and the middle-class to pay the richest of the rich."

Though the Oval Office meeting in February generated optimism among HBCU presidents, it was controversial among some students and alumni. A picture of the meeting that showed the presidents posing with Trump while Conway sat with her feet on the couch and her head in her phone was criticized as disrespectful. People who attended the meeting told Mother Jones that Conway was perched on the couch because she had been asked to take a picture of the large group and was then trying to get out of the way of the official White House photographer. But making matters worse, hours after that photo went viral, Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos described HBCUs in a statement as "real pioneers when it comes to school choice." A torrent of criticism followed from black campuses and their alumni, who wondered whether DeVos understood that most HBCUs were founded because black students were banned from attending whites-only schools in the Jim Crow South. (DeVos later corrected her remarks.)

The man falls to the ground as the teen keeps hitting him.

The circumstances around the fight aren't known.

Police say the student was arrested at the school and faces possible charges of battery.

Amy Schumer Asked Netflix For raised because chris rock and dave were paid 20mil for there special

According to a new report by Variety, the 36-year-old comedian renegotiated her Netflix special salary once she learned what Chris Rock and Dave Chappelle were paid for their respective stand-up specials.

While the two were paid $20 million for their routines, Variety claims Schumer had been paid $11 million for her “The Leather Special” taping. Schumer was reportedly able to raise her payment significantly after going back to the streaming channel and asking for more. The March special was taped after Schumer’s rise in popularity, thanks in part to an Emmy win for Inside Amy Schumer and success with her first starring role in the film Trainwreck.

Schumer’s request for more equal pay comes in the wake of several other female celebrities demanding more money after learning their male counterparts were being paid higher wages. After the Sony hack revealed Chris Hemsworth was getting paid more for his role in the The Huntsman: Winter’s War than costar Charlize Theron, the actress renegotiated her contract and added a reported $10 million to her salary. Emmy Rossum had similar success when she asked to be paid the same as her fellow Shameless lead, William H. Macy.

THE WORLD’S FIRST VAGINA BEER HAS ARRIVED
Cheers, gentlemen.
BY MARIA PANSKAYA, MAR 31, 2016

qqigeqg5op9n.jpg
If there are two things we love in this world, make no mistake: they are beer and vaginas. But up until now, you've had to choose, because it's physically impossible to enjoy both without making a mess.
Gentlemen, let us introduce you to the Order of Yoni—the first brewing company that produces beer from vaginas. Yes, you read that correctly.

This beer is partially made from the essence of a woman’s vagina, or better known as vaginal lactic acid bacteria. The first batch of beer, which probably we won’t be tasting because we don’t live in Europe, is being made from lactic acid bacteria of a smoking hot Czech model, Alexandra Brendlova

0snn0dpcdwkx.jpg

rglyflsyakyo.jpg
"We were looking for an inspiration, a model who is both beautiful, charming girl and intelligent, eloquent woman,” Wojtek Mann, the founder of the company, told Maxim. “I really appreciate her way of speaking, and I find her body language, the way she walks, very sexual.

lur9jpw0c2vd.jpg
But before you go stockpiling, there some financial aspects that remain unsolved. Order of Yoni’s InieGoGo page has risen only €279 out of €150,000 goal

If you decide to donate, Mann offers you to taste your own girlfriend only for €10,000. You’ll get a voucher for 60 bottles of beer produced on your girlfriend’s vaginal bacteria.
We've got our fair share of skepticism of how that would actually taste, but hey. It's your call.
